Deloitte is looking for a Human Capital Team – Consulting Manager to fill the vacant post in their Botswana Office.

About the job
  • Support the delivery of major projects and programmes. This will involve working closely with clients to improve theirOrganisation design, change and leadership culture,
  • Support transformations from a change and culture perspective through activities such as planning and designing and delivering communication plans, training development programmes, talent management strategies and transition and transformation programmes,
  • Develop work plans for components of engagements and manage junior teams to deliver against client objectives,
  • Manage one or multiple work streams and produce quality deliverable against tight deadlines,
  • Contribute to client issues using your personal insight and experience to solve complex client issues,
  • Perform analysis to determine client needs/recommendations utilising a combination of experience, industry knowledge, tools, and technology,
  • Work with a range of stakeholders, and be seen as a subject matter expert within client organisations and by colleagues,
  • Demonstrate strong data analysis skills and apply best practice information to support opportunities for improvement, and
  • Contribute to the growth of the practice, by internal networking, and supporting new business proposals and presentations.
About you
Candidates must hold a relevant Honours/Masters degree (e.g., in Organisational Psychology or equivalent) and possess minimum 10 years' consulting experience, with experience in working at an executive management level within the following areas:
  • Organisational Design, Organisation Culture Change, Strategic Change Management, Operational Change Management, Human Resource Functional Optimisation,
  • You must possess a solid knowledge base in business, organisational theory and practice, strategic and tactical organisational design, change management and business process design demonstrated in successful, recent projects,
  • Experience of delivering work streams or projects over 6 months duration, and supporting change in a consulting or in–house environment,
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, communication and data analysis skills,
  • Experience of managing client relationships and small teams,
  • The ability to contribute to business development, through support bids for new business, and
  • Ability to travel.
