The Office of the President invites applications from qualified citizens of Botswana to fill the following vacancy:
1. PRINCIPAL PRINTING OFFICER I (QUALITY MANAGEMENT)
SALARY SCALE: D2 (231 708 – P255 828) per annum
SALARY SCALE: D2 (231 708 – P255 828) per annum
LEAVE: 30 working days per annum
BENEFITS: Optional Medical Aid Scheme (Government pays 50% and employee 50%)
Contributory Pension Scheme (government pays 15% and employee 5%)

QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts in Printing, Bachelor’s degree in Strategic Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
EXPERIENCE - At least two (2) years at D3 salary scale or equivalent in the relevant field. Operational knowledge in Quality Management is a must. Accreditation in Quality Management from a recognized body would be ideal.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB - To coordinate and provide guidance in the implementation of Quality Management systems at Government Printing and Publishing Services.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
1. Coordinates Quality Management activities in the Department.
2. Plans and ensures effective implementation of Quality Management in line with quality systems.
3. Serves as Management representative in the implementation of Quality Management Systems
4. Coordinates internal and external quality audits
5. Facilitates quality reviews at determined intervals
6. Compiles and consolidates Quality Management reports for the Government Printer.
7. Carries out any other duties related to Quality Management in the Department as assigned by the Government Printer.
