STATION MANAGER

Job description

• Oversee and ensure effective management of the business' financial position
• Maximise revenue and profits
• Monitor sales and customer relations
• Monitor programme content to ensure it is of right quality and relevant to the target market
• Manage the budget and resources
• Makes decisions for the business
• Formulate and ensure implementation of the strategic plans for the organisation
• Liaise with different external stakeholders on behalf of the Company and build relationships within the community
• Ensure compliance with laws and industry codes governing broadcasting
• Manage staff welfare and morale

Requirements

The perfect fit for this position will be a self-motivated, independent individual with the ability to think outside the box. You will be energetic, driven, practical in approach, have the ability to learn fast and have a realistic outlook. You will have some experience gained preferably running a small business. Creative and innovative self-starters will jump to the front of the queue.
