FINANCE MANAGER - LION PARK RESORT


Finance Manager
The Lion Park Resort, seeks a dynamic and results oriented finance professional, whom has a passion for the customer service industry.

Requirements

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Leading the finance team,
  • Managing strategic projects and building, developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders,
  • Playing a key role in the budgeting, forecasting and planning processes,
  • Financial modelling, analysis and presentation of findings to senior stakeholders and Board of Directors,
  • Preparation and presentation of the monthly management accounts, including metrics/KPIs and enhanced business analysis,
  • Overseeing annual audit and tax processes,
  • Ensuring adhering to company and group policies and procedures.
Education
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CIMA or ACCA
Experience
  • At least 6 years post qualification experience in a computerised accounting environment.
  • Minimum 2 years at managerial level.
The successful candidate will possess the following characteristics:
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills,
  • Strong analytical, modelling and commercial reporting skills,
  • Superb verbal and written communication skills.
