MAIN PURPOSE:
The incumbent will provide technical support and teach basic skills needed to operate newly installed programs.

REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma OR Degree in Information Technology,Computer Science OR Any other related field from a recognized institution
• 2-3 years direct experience
• Broad understanding of hardware and software operation systems and basic computer programming
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, internet applications
• Good interpersonal skills
