BOILERMAKER

PURPOSE:
Responsible for maintenance and repair of mining equipment to meet legal and safety requirements as per OEM specifications, and adherence to Client standards.

REQUIREMENTS:
Academic Qualification & Experience
• NCC- Boilermaking
• 3 years post apprenticeship training
• Must have completed ADP programme
• Knowledge of Komatsu,Terex, Bell, CAT and Liebherr equipment is very essential.
• Cambridge/BGCSE will be an added advantage
• Valid Class B driver's license (Class C will have an added advantage)
• Experience in components repairs and overhauls
• Knowledge in planned maintenance work defects identification and elimination
• Steel Fabrication
• Coded Welding
• Aluminium Welding
• Cast Iron Welding
• Brazing and Soldering
• Tig Welding
• Mig Welding
