OVERVIEW
BONU is a national mouth piece for Nurses in Botswana. It is a newly transformed organization from an Association to a Union. It is a Union of its own type as it possesses both professional arm and labor arm.The Union is fast growing with membership of over 6000.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Tertiary Qualification.
• 3 to 4 Years Work Experience.
• Computer Literate. Competent in Word and Excel.
• Uphold excellent customer service.
• Valid Driver's license an added advantage
• Experience in collection department an added advantage

MAIN PURPOSE:
• Collections. (Membership Subscriptions/Scheme Loans/Mobile Phone Schemes e.t.c.)
• Prepare refunds.
• Managing data for all entry points (membership schemes, and other projects).
• Reconcile monthly collections.
• Follow up defaulters.
• Filing
