3.ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
3.1.Job Purpose
Do your friends call you a neat freak? Does it bother you when things arent in perfect order (a.k.a OCD)? Do you respond to emails at midnight? If you answered yes, then come and help us grow and stay organized! We are looking for a person, who is able to work methodically, accurately and persistently with good oral and written communication skills able to work as part of our growing team.
3.2.Responsibilities / Duties
•Sort and distribute incoming mail to areas and staff within the organisation and dispatch outgoing mail
•Write business letters, reports or office memoranda using Microsoft office tools
•Answer telephone inquiries from customers, attend to visitors and assist other staff in the organisation with their inquiries
•Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, scanning, faxing, mailing and filing
•File papers and documents as required
•Correspond independently with other "Alphas" and our stakeholders
•Undertake other duties as assigned

3.3.Skills/Requirements
•An undergraduate Degree or Diploma from a reputable institution. Communications majors are a plus
•At least 2 years experience in an administrative position with solid references
•Good oral and written communication skills
•Good organisational skills
•Aptitude and fascination for working with computers
•Ability to work in a paperless environment with software and scanning equipment
•An undeterred enthusiasm for life
