1.MAINTENANCE MANAGER 

1.1.Job Description 

•Daily operation of the plant ie starts up/shutdown of the different units as per standard operating procedures
•Identify and immediately report equipment abnormalities and leaks and take possible and necessary action or report to General Manager 
•Coordination & quality control departments for shut down planning 
•Lead the shifts as Shift Supervisor by arranging and managing man power resources for different shifts
•Carry out daily routine of works ie pump swing over, purging, cleaning and in addition conduct routine weekly test run of equipment

1.2.Qualifications & Experience

•A Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
•Over 3 years experience in powder, bar and liquid detergent technology.
•The candidate must have adequate exposure in tower and plant operation, with familiarity with implementation of international standards such as IS9001:2000 or its equivalent.
