1.INSTRUMENTATION MECHANICIAN 

1.1.Job Summary 

To ensure optimum plant availability and performance, through installation, maintenance and calibration of Control and Instrumentation systems in a mining environment. 

1.2.Key Performance Areas

•Installation, maintenance and calibration of field instrumentation
•PLC, SCADA and Communications systems
•Safety, Health, Environment and Quality

1.3.Qualifications & Experience

•National Craft Certificate (NCC) or N4 in Instrumentation and Process Control and successful completion of relevant Apprenticeship programmes.
•Applicants should have a minimum of 2 years post apprenticeship experience in instrumentation and should have knowledge of PLC, SCADA and Communications systems.
