2.JOB COSTING CLERK (Jwaneng)

2.1.Job Summary 

To ensure that the Customer is invoiced for work undertaken by the Service Department and Komatsu Botswana is invoiced for internal work undertaken by the department.

2.2.Minimum Requirements

•O'Level or equivalent
•Minimum 3 years work experience
•Knowledge of SAP system will be an added advantage
•Must be computer literate in MS Office, MS Projects
•Experience in earthmoving equipment sales and aftermarket industry.

1.ADMINISTRATOR SUPERVISOR (Orapa)

1.1.Job Summary 

The incumbent will be responsible for maintaining day to day financial accounting, human resources department in order to meet legislative requirements, company policy, procedure and operations. 

1.2.Minimum Requirements

•Diploma in Human Resources or relevant
•AAT III is essential
•Minimum 3 years in a similar position
•Must be computer literate in MS Office, MS Project
•Knowledge of SAP system will be an added advantage
•Experience in Performance Management processes and administration is preferred. 

3.PLANT SUPERVISOR (Francistown)

3.1.Job Summary 

To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Parts Department, ensuring the customer receives an acceptable level of service. Manage the onsite inventory, minimizing the machine down time. 

3.2.Minimum Requirements

•O'Level or IGCSE
•Certificate in Supply and Chain Management equivalent
•Computer literacy
•Minimum 6 years experience as Parts/Stores supervisor.

4.PARTSMAN X 8 Positions (Jwaneng/Francistown/Orapa)

4.1.Job Summary 

Process customer orders and supply of parts to the customer

4.2.Minimum Requirements

•Minimum O'Level
•Minimum 3 to 5 years work experience
•Basic mechanical skills will be an added advantage
•Knowledge of SAP system will be an added advantage
•Experience in earthmoving equipment sales and aftermarket industry will be an added advantage.
