1.1 PURPOSE OF THE JOB
• Attend operations management meetings to ensure that all operational needs are addressed within the country
• Provide on-going support and coaching to country support personnel. Area Managers and Stock Controllers to improve process efficiencies’ and to address non-compliance
• Manage all ad hoc operational projects
• Liaise with governmental and legal entities on business, labour ,marketing and property
1.2 JOB INCUBENT REQUIREMENTS
• A relevant diploma/degree in Business Management
• 7 years at a senior management level within a Retail Operational environment
• Valid driver’s license
• Computer literate
