1.1 MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
• To provide full range of secretarial and office management service to the office of the operations manager to enhance efficiency and projects a positive image of the office and to act as the interface between operation manager and external clients

• 5 years experience as a personal assistant preferably in professional office environment

2 RECEPTIONISTS
2.2 PURPOSE OF THE JOB
• To receive company visitors, receive direct calls in an efficient manner to enable the company to deliver a quality service to the customer
2.3 KEY RESULTS AREAS
• Response to routine queries from the public and other enquiries
• Printing staff telephone bills
• Ensuring that bills are paid
• Receive and direct visitors
2.4 QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of BGCSE or COSC and a reception certificate
2.5 EXPERIENCE
• Three years relevant work experience as receptionist
2.5 COMPETENCIES
• Fluent in spoken English
• Excellent telephone bills
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service
3 DRIVER/MESSENGER
3.1 MAINPURPOSE IF THE JOB
• To drive company vehicles, and performing all messengerial tasks in the most efficient ,safe and cost effective manner
3.2 KEY RESULTS AREAS
• Driving record
• Accuracy of log book and other records
• Cleanliness of vehicles
• Punctuality and prompt delivery-collection of mail,passengers,etc
• Adherence to schedule for picking up staff and company visitors
3.3 POSITION REQUIREMENTS
• Junior certificate and light duty drivers licence
3.4 EDUCATION
• A minimum of 5 years experience
