1.PROPERTY OFFICER
1.1.Job Summary
Reporting to the Investment Manager, the role involves management of BOSETU Commercial buildings, including overseeing buildings inspections and maintenance, supervising service providers, and resolving tenants' complaints and related queries.
1.2.Job Requirements
•The desired candidate should have at least a Diploma in Business, Property or related qualification
•Minimum of three (3) years experience in property management or administration.
•Must be proficient in working with spreadsheets and word processing, with good organizational and administrative skills, including good verbal and written communication skills.
