INVITATION TO TENDER FOR CONSULTANCY SERVICES
ROADS DEPARTMENT PROJECT (BOTSWANA)

Tender offers are invited for the provision of Consultancy Service for the Revision of Botswana Road Design Manual (BRDM) and the Standard Specifications for Roads and Bridge Works (SSRBW) Volume 4: Design of Bridges, Culverts and other Road Structures. Including the revision of the Bridge Repair Material Specification Manual of August 1998.

The Procuring Department is Roads Department.

Tenderers who are domiciled in Botswana must, in order to be considered for the award of the contract, be registered with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board in all the following categories:

Code 03 (Civil Engineering), sub-code 01 (Roads),
Code 03 (Civil Engineering), sub-code 02 (Bridges) and
Code 03 (Civil Engineering), sub-code 11 (Civil/ Structural Engineering)

The tender is Open for International Tenderers, as such Joint ventures with foreign companies are allowed.

International firms should provide certified copies of proof of registration in their respective countries.
