TECHNICAL MANAGER – STRUCTURES X2

Requirements

One Technical Manager- Structures will manage Mmopane Project and the other will manage Kgale Project.

Duties: Overall in charge of Framed Structures with work experience on pile foundations and aerated LW Concrete; Project Execution; Implement work flow procedures based on the construction program.
Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering; Auto CAD.
Experience: Experience in residential building is essential.

Our Client, in the business of Property Development, where they do design and build projects, Land and infrastructure Development and Negotiation of Construction Projects. The company is set to start constructing 2 property development project in Mmopane (500 apartments) and Kgale (300 apartments) and will employ over 1000 locals.
