TECHNICAL MANAGER – PROJECTS X2

Requirements

One Technical Manager – Projects will manage Mmopane Project and the other will manage Kgale Project.

Duties: Overall in charge for Project planning; Contracts Management; Quality Inspection and Assurance Policy Management. Implement work flow procedures based on the construction program.
Qualifications: Degree in Civil Engineering; Post Graduation in Construction Project Management; Auto CAD.
Experience: At least 5 years experience in large scale residential building construction is essential. Quantity Surveying Experience required.

Our Client, in the business of Property Development, where they do design and build projects, Land and infrastructure Development and Negotiation of Construction Projects. The company is set to start constructing 2 property development project in Mmopane (500 apartments) and Kgale (300 apartments) and will employ over 1000 locals.
