EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
1.1.Job Summary
Working in the Managing Director's Office, this superbly organized team member, with through organizational, computer and interpersonal skills will be providing an efficient administrative service and support to the Executive team at ODC. This will involve managing and maintaining the Managing Director's diary, including preparing correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director and Deputy Managing Director. You will responsible for all company travel management, incoming telephonic, office mail and act as a recording secretary during Executive Committee meeting. As part of the role you will manage the company-wide records management system and be responsible for any ad-hoc duties as required.
1.2.Job Requirements
•A Bachelors Degree in any field
•A minimum of 3 years experience of successfully managing an Executive Director's office
•Intermediate computer skills
•Organized team member
