Reporting to the Management Secretary-Asset Management, the successful incumbent will be required to perform the following key duties:

- Picks up and deliver letters, important business documents, or packages that need to be sent or received quickly within BCL mine - Daily sorting, collection and distribution of mail to appropriate locations - Timely and accurate delivery of mail/documents to appropriate locations - Collect stores material for delivery to indicated destinations - Performs other tasks as may be requested by the Asset Management Secretary - Keeping an accurate record of mail received and delivered including the dates and times, as well as a recipient's response to a message - Keeps bicycle in good and safe working condition - Keeps mail sorting room clean, secure and in good order

Job Requirements: - Junior Certificate with at least 1 year work experience - Light duty Driver’s license, will be an added advantage - Highly trustworthy in handling important and confidential documents - Above average interpersonal skills to deal with office receptionists,receiving packages he delivers - Able to read and write
