Botswana Harvard Aids Institute Partnership is a collaborative research and training initiative between government of Botswana and the Harvard School of Public Health. BHP is dedicated to fight HIV/AIDS and related public health challenges through collaborative research, education and capacity building.

Research Assistants (tenable in Mahalapye, Maun and Selebi-Phikwe)
The incumbent will assist in recruitment of study participants and carrying out follow up of study participants as well as collecting medical data for the study
Roles and responsibilities
• Electronic data capture into a system
• Data collection from patient cards and medical records
• Assist with site administrative tasks
• Administer participant consent
• Timely response to internal queries
• Participate in quality control visits/audits
• Adhere to the study protocol and standard operating procedures
• Work closely with maternity/NNU/Pediatric staff for staff for data collection
• Willingness to travel to cover other different Maternity sites when needed or for trainings or meetings
Qualification & Experience
• O’level plus two years experience in clinical research support
• The incumbent must also have professional experience in counseling
• Computer literacy is required
