1.TRAINING COORDINATOR (Re-Advertisement)

1.1.Job Purpose

To coordinate and administer the varied training programmes at the Botswana Railways Training Centre and ensures its effective running and up keeping to meet standards of the training regulatory authorities. 

1.2.Qualifications & Experience 

•Degree in Social Sciences with specialization in Human Resources Management and Training or related discipline.
•4 years post qualification experience in training and development.

1.3.Key Performances Areas

•Budget control and planning
•Development of training plans
•Implementation of training plans and programmes
•Efficient operating systems
•Customer satisfaction
•Staff development
•Delivery of Training (BOTA Accredited Trainer)
