Job Purpose: Provides office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, and monitoring administrative projects.
Summary Functions:
•Maintains workflow by studying methods; implementing cost reductions; and developing reporting procedures.
•Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.
•Develops administrative staff by providing information, educational opportunities, and experiential growth opportunities.
•Resolves administrative problems by coordinating preparation of reports, analyzing data, and identifying solutions.
•Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
•Provides information by answering questions and requests.
•Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
•Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects; expediting work results.
•Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
• University degree or equivalent (Bachelor of Administration),Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft office software programs (MS Access, MS Excel and MS Word)

2)ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT (intern)
•Job Purpose: Duties will include basic book keeping activities, working with sales and purchase ledgers and running calculations to ensure that records and payments are correct.
Summary Functions:
•Reconciling finance accounts
•Maintaining spreadsheets
•Credit control
•Preparing statutory accounts
•Cash allocation
•Sales order processing
•Managing daily post in and out
•Handling and writing cheques
•Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests for payment
•Verifying calculations working with the Accounts system
•Reconciliation of Direct Debit mandates
•Managing petty cash transactions
Required Skills/Qualifications:
•University Degree (Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Equivalent, AAT certificate or related accountancy qualification)
•Strong understanding of the workings of an office and a Basic understanding of accountancy and book-keeping
•Excellent interpersonal skills – to deal with customers and external contacts.
3) IT-TECHNICAL SUPPORT OFFICER (intern)
Job Purpose: Mainly responsible for the smooth running of computer systems and ensuring users get maximum benefits from them.
Summary Functions:
•installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
•monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks;
•talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues;
•troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
•replacing parts as required;
•providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
•following diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system;
•supporting the roll-out of new applications;
•setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
•responding within agreed time limits to call-outs;
•rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, e.g., software developers;
•testing and evaluating new technology;
•conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, information science, management information systems or other IT-related major.
•Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills; ability to lead and motivate employees, knowledge of current IT trends, works well under deadlines
