SENIOR TRAVEL CONSULTANT
1.1.Main Duties
•Ability to sell domestic and international flights/ accommodation / car hire / transfers/ inclusive packages / foreign exchange / insurance / other land arrangements
•Ability to calculate international and domestic fares and upgrades including RTW fares.
•Ability to issue tickets in exchange
•Full understanding of BSP
•Ability to process refunds
•Understanding and ability to interpret, explain and follow fare rules
•Ability to build BARS/PARS and use with all reservations
•Sound geographical knowledge among others.

1.2.Qualifications & Experience
•At least 3/4 years continuous experience (within the past 2 years), as a practicing intermediate/ Senior travel consultant with an IATA approved Travel Agency and holding an IATA/UFTAA Standard Diploma as well as IATA Consultant Diploma.
•Proficiency in Galileo/Amadeus.
•GDS is a must.
•Billing and Settlement Plan (BSP) certificate would be an added advantage
