1.MARKETING OR ACCOUNTING ATTACHMENT 

1.1.Job Description

•Full Time (8.30am – 5pm weekdays) you may be required to come in on weekends
•Female (18-25years)
•Must be friendly by nature and have a warm and welcoming smile
Botho University, BAC, UB, Limkokwing, ABM students only
•Basic allowance + commission based pay

1.2.General Purpose

•To assist customers in finding and purchasing the required merchandise.
•To encourage customers to purchase products.
•To educate and demonstrate to customers on how to shop online throughwww.skymart.co.bw
•To actively publicize and promote the online store
•To manage Skymartbw’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram Page
•To create quotations, invoices and sales receipts upon demand

1.3.Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities

•Greet customers
•find out the customer’s needs
•recommend, select and help locate the right merchandise
•describe a product’s features and benefits
•demonstrate use and operation of the product
•answer customer queries regarding the online store and the merchandise
•answer customer queries regarding the safety/benefits/advantages of online shopping
•provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, •care and maintenance of merchandise and delivery options
•provide information about financing available
•receive and process cash, check and charge/credit payments
•provide change and receipts
•bag or package purchases
•count money, sort charge slips and balance monies
•maintain sales records
•place special orders on behalf of customers
•stay current with sales prices
•recognize and monitor security issues

1.4.Education and Experience

•must be currently studying in a local college or university, eg.Botho College, UB, BAC etc.
•Minimum of 40 points BGCSE or IGCSE
•knowledge of customer service principles and processes
•knowledge of sales principles
•relevant product knowledge and training
•experience in a retail, customer service or sales environment will be beneficial
•basic business administration knowledge
•Microsoft Excel, Word
•know how to use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
