1.SENIOR SOCIOLOGIST

1.1.Education & Experience

•Atleast MA (Sociology) or related field
•At least 3 years post qualification experience in socio work including SIA and RAPs

1.2.Skills

•Interest in environmental issues
•Exceptional writing skills
•Good understanding of SIA and stakeholder engagement process
•Ability to mentor junior staff
•Ability to develop corporate social responsibility programmes

1.3.Added Advantages

•BOTA accreditation to conduct training
•Short term training in relevant areas e.g SIA and stakeholder engagement
•Occupational Health and Safety training
•Active member of professional bodies

Applicants should be willing and able to work in the field, travel within and outside the country, hold a valid drivers license, have the desire to be part of a creative hard working company, willing to based outside Botswana (International Portfolio Coordinator) and be able to work with other professionals.
