Maruping Real Estate Services invites qualified candidates for the position of: 

1. Real Estate Agent (Intern)

DUTIES

•Using advertisements to promote the sale of a property.
•Working as an intermediary between the buyers and the sellers. It's very uncommon for the two sides to communicate directly while working with a real estate agent.
•Advising sellers on things they can do to make their home more appealing to buyers.
•Generating lists of potential properties that compatible with a buyer's needs.
•Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of property
•Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds

REQUIREMENTS

•Qualification in Real Estate Management or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
•Registered with the Department of National Internship Program

2. Assistant Building Inspector (Intern)

DUTIES

•Assess and inspect building
•Measure and calculate area of building and property.
•Prepare building inspection notes for the principal valuer
•Take photographs of inspected building

REQUIREMENTS

•Qualification in Building Construction or equivalent
•Valid Driver’s License
•Registered with the Department of National Internship Program

COMPETENCIES

•Good writing skills.
•Well-developed communication skills, both verbal and written.
•Ability to manage time well, be highly organized and plan work assignments effectively to maintain a smooth flow of record keeping and information processing.
•Ability to use modern office technology, including a personal computer.
