1.ADMINISTRATOR - BUSINESS & ACCOUNTS
1.1.Job Purpose
•Business development and management of customer's accounts
•Cash management and debt collection
•Daily banking and reconcilliation with the Credit Controller
•Periodical reporting of business activities
•Assists the Branch Manager in coordinating and supervising branch activities
•Coordinate Procurement process
•Participate fully in Health and Safety activities
•Stocks control and production management
•Customer satisfaction surveys / cares and attend to customer querries
1.2.Background / Experience Required
•Diploma in Accounting / Business Management / Business Administration or equivalent qualification
•2 years experience in the Accounting field, business administration is an added advantage
•Health and safety conscientious
•SAP knowledge will be an added advantage
•Valid Driver's license
