1.1.Duties
•Find prospective clients
•Conduct personal need analysis
•Present solutions and recommendations
•Follow up on sales related tasks
•Manage clients and their portfolio
•Plan sales activities and set and manage own goals
•Provide feedback to reporting managers
1.2.Qualifications & Experience
•Minimum COP or willing to be trained for COP in Long Term Insurance
•Basic computing skills
•Be willing to work odd hours, weekends and public holidays
•Be able to work on your own and also as part of a team
•Be prepared to work on a sales target based approach
•Be willing to work as a freelance insurance ad-visor and on commission basis.
