1.SECRETARY
1.1.Main Purpose of the Job
To provide excellent and comprehensive corporate Secretarial and routine administrative services to ensure effective running of secretariat and solid support to Section Managers and leadership of the Corporation as well as maintain good customer relations with internal and external clients.
1.2.Qualifications & Experience
•Recognized certificate in Secretarial Studies or equivalent
•2 years post qualification experience
1.3.Competencies
•Excellent administrative and typing skills
•Practical experience in Microsoft Office Applications
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Attention to detail
•Proactive and innovative
•Self starter, confident and ability to deal with unexpected situations in a fast paced office environment
•Excellent customer service
