VACANCY:Head of Group Real Estate

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Atleast a Degree in Engineering, Real Estate or Business Management

-Atleast seven years experience ay senior management levels required for this position

-A Master's Degree and Experience in Banking will be an added advantage

The Bank is looking for a seasoned, dynamic , highly driven Real Estate individuals with a strong leadership skills to undertake the role Head of Group Real Estate.The incumbent will be responsible for delivering the GRES Strategy and provide leadetship to GRES function throigh researching and implementing the best practices to meet customers needs.The incumbent will also be responsible for implementing continous improvement initiatives in GRES coordination with Head Country Operations with a view of ensuring efficient and effective functioning and high level of services within the GRES function..

Furthermore the incumbent will be expected to develop and implement tactical initiatives to reduce cost and ensure that budget for GRES is met, ensure that throughput is maximised throughout shared servicrs by implementing principle of Lean manufacturing,Six Stigma, and Strategic sourcing principles, sustainably reduce the overall cost of purchasing in all categories, while meeting chosen levela of quality and risk and to procure products and services in a cost effective manner with focus in price, quality, supply and demand.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for identifying and defining strategic and tactical GRES performance metrics geated forward towards meeting business objectives by leveraging opportunities, ensuring alignment to the customer value Proposition, Services Level Agreements and benchmark targets throuhh constant monitoring and evaluatiob of GRES performance to ensure a high-level of service for our customers.
