The Advanced Applications provides clinical and technical leadership during sales process by demonstration full range of products / Services to prospects. | |
• Engaging with new and named accounts to establish credibility and drives clinical strategy. • Responsible for Clinical and Research sites management in coordination with the local organizations. • Responsible for the clinical evaluation of new software, options, systems before release. • Responsible for dissemination of information on Clinical trends, new procedures and new products or options to the business and customers. • Responsible for conducting the root cause analysis to resolve the product vs. Application issues. • Make the selection of clinical images for the sales library and congresses. • Work with the Product Manager and the local Organization to identify key reference sites for new product introductions. • Establish regular and ongoing linkage to the Clinical Applications Group. • Ensure that all new products are clinically relevant and all clinical needs are translated into technical and performance specifications. He/she inputs into Product Planning on Clinical trends. • He/she takes active part in the organization of user meetings / Medical Advisory board in collaboration with the Product Managers and the Sales Support Specialist. • He/she supports Customer visits at reference site as needed. • Build strong relationship with Luminaries( key opinion leaders in the Medical Industry) in order to develop programs • Responsible for collaboration with customers • Assisting customers with writing and publishing of clinical testimonials on products or research completed • Will conducted advanced user training on various MR systems | |
• Strong medical background. • Registered Radiographer with MRI ( Magnetic Resonance Imaging) • 8 to 10 years clinical experience. • Commercial experience will be an added advantage • Proven experience of Customer relationship management. • High level of interpersonal skills. • Influencing skills. |
