SALARY: D2 (P210, 180.00 – P232, 056.00 per annum)
LEAVE: 30 working days per annum.

QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Financial Management, Accounting, Procurement or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE: At least 10 years relevant work experience, 2 years of which must have been at Senior Management level (D3) in government or equivalent in Parastatal.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide leadership in the implementation, management and coordination of Finance and Procurement functions for the entire Ministry of Lands and Housing.
DUTIES
1. Initiates and develops long, medium and short term plans and programmes in Finance & Procurement.
2. Translates long, medium and short term plans and programmes in Finance and Procurement into work activities.
3. Coordinate the implementation of Finance and Procurement programmes.
4. Develop, monitor and control recurrent budget.
5. Determines finance and manpower budget estimates for the department.
6. Provides responses to audit queries
7. Determines the manpower and training needs for the department.
8. Develops safety and security measures to avoid material loss due to pilferages, deterioration and/or obsolescence.
9. Undertake any other related duties as assigned by management.
