Ngwaketse Land Board invites applications from suitably qualified Batswana for the following post.

TEMPORARY DATA CLERKS for a period of 6 months at the following stations;

Main Land Board(Kanye);x5
Kanye Sub;x6
Moshupa Sub;x3
Mmathethe Sub;x5
P/Molopo sub;x2
Maokane Sub;x2
Mabutsane Sub;x2

CONTRACT PERIOD: 6 Months
SALARY SCALE: B5 (P 24, 324 – P28, 968) per annum
LEAVE RATE: 20 Working days per annum

QUALIFICATIONS:

•COSC/BGCSE
•Certificate in Computers will be an added advantage.

EXPERIENCE: Previous experience as a Data Clerk will be an added advantage

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Sorting and arrange all records as per classification schedule
•Opening of individual files
•Data capturing
•Consolidation of files (Common and Customary Law).
•To accession non active records and minutes
•Any other duty related to records management functions
