1.CUSTOMER CARE OFFICER - CALL CENTRE
1.1.Main Purpose of the Job
To provide a responsive and effective customer service to the corporation's customers to ensure that customer satisfaction is consistently achieved.
To efficiently coordinate the reception area to maintain rapport and effective communication with and easy access by customers
1.2.Education & Experience
•Degree in Public Relations, communication, Business Administration or any other related field
•One (1) year post qualification and relevant work experience
2.CARETAKER - MAUN OFFICE
2.1.Main Purpose of the Job
To provide on-site customer contact by maintaining good upkeep of BHC estate and monitoring lease compliance to improve customer satisfaction in respect of all BHC rented portfolio
To maintain the Pump Station and ensures that the back-up generator and pumps are working and serviced regularly
2.2.Education & Experience
•COSC and Certificate in Estate/Land Management or Trade Test B
•One (1) year work experience in Estates Management or Maintenance function.
