About the role
As a key senior member of the team, you will provide strong leadership and be responsible for the operational planning related to all aspects of Early Years Education, while also contributing to the performance and development of the wider faculty.
This means delivering innovative teacher education in partnership with key stakeholders, as well as high levels of student achievement and student satisfaction. You will act as an ambassador for the Faculty and University, influencing and engaging external partners and networks
About you
This is an opportunity to build your academic profile as you build ours - on a regional, national and international level. As an experienced educationalist, you'll have an outstanding track-record in the field of Early Years Education.
A creative, strategic thinker and a strong and inspirational leader, you'll be able to manage change at both a strategic and operational level. You'll also be well organised, with excellent communication, networking and relationship-building skills.
