1.1.Job Purpose

We are seeking Front line Team Members and Kitchen Members to join our Mugg and Bean Restaurant in Gaborone. The successful candidate should be highly energetic and have a strong work ethic. 

1.1.Education, Qualifications and Experience

A minimum qualification of BGCSE or a tertiary qualification and a minimum of 2 years experience in a dine in restaurant

•Exceptional communication skills and great customer service kills
•A positive, punctual and professional approach
•Excellent floor craft
•Superior food and beverage knowledge
•Excellent food craft
•Excellent attention to detail
•Ability to judge many things at once
•Immaculate personal grooming and presentation
•A positive attitude, enthusiastic personality and winning smile.
