2.1.Job Requirements & Experience
• Recognized qualifications in Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Social studies or equivalent
•Minimum 2 years of general office administration experience and and NGO experience preferred.
•Experience in events coordination

3.SUBSTANCE ABUSE COUNSELOR
3.1.Job Requirements & Experience
•Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Theology or any other related field.
•Minimum of 1 or 2 years experience of substance abuse assessment and counselling sessions
•Facilitate referrals, follow ups and discharge of clients
•Assist with practical problems, and crisis or emergency situations
•Conduct public education and awareness raising activities
•Experience o working in a rehabilitation centre, or direct counselling with substance abuse or dependent persons and their families
•Must be sober for a minimum of 2 years at the time of application.
3.2.Competencies
• Counselling skills particularly in individual, group or family
•Communications and skills working with people including a strong desire to assist people(patients care and ability to gain the confidence, respect and trust of the patient)
•Interpersonal and communication skills
•Ability to abide by counselling ethical code of conduct
