1.SERVICE ADVISOR (Francistown)
1.1.Main Responsibilities
•To receive customer vehicles
•Opening and invoicing job cards in a timeous and professional manner
•Supply of quotations to customers
•Obtain orders/ LPO /GPO, before work commences
•Regular progress updates to the customers
•Complete warranty process administration
•Correct management of the warranty store
1.2.Qualification & Experience
•Cambridge plus Certificate in Computer Operations
•Business focused autonomous and dynamic
•Good team coordination skills
•Computer literate and administration skills
•Excellent customer relations
•Valid drivers license
•Excellent technical skills
