1.CUSTOMER ADVISOR X 2 (Maun and Selebi Phikwe)
1.1.Main Purpose of the Job
To provide first line customer information services, coordinate customer service initiatives and ensure the implementation of the customer service charter as well as Complaints procedure. Also, to compile customer service Management Information (MI) and provide support for the customer service function.
1.2.Key Performances Areas
•Quality of advisory services
•Adherence to procedures
•Excellent customer relations
•Availability of data input for Client Service Centre portfolio in need
•Availability of database for complaints and queries.
1.3.Education & Experience
•A bachelors Degree in Business, Commerce, or Social Sciences or any related discipline
•1 - 2 years experience dealing with customers in a fast paced financial institution.
•Understanding of SAP and working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite are essential

•Attention to detail
