BITC would like to invite suitably qualified, dynamic, commercially oriented and self-driven individuals, to apply for the below mentioned position:
1.PROPERTY SERVICES INTERN (X2)
1.1.Minimum Education
•Degree in Real Estate or related field.
1.2.Minimum Experience
•Minimum of one (1) year experience in real estate or facilities management;
1.3.Competencies

1.4.Purpose of the job
To assist in ensuring efficient and effective land acquisition; Property development; Facilities Management and maintenance of BITC assets.
1.5.Key Results area
•Information management; property management, facilities management and Enquiry Management
1.6.Key Performance Measures
•Assist in analyzing business needs and recommendations for the allocation of land on behalf of BITC and potential investors.
•Assist in developing and maintaining a database of information on the Centre’s fixed assets including purchasing and disposal of the same
•Assist in providing excellent tenant service through timely and courteous response to tenant requests/problems.
•Assist in generating work orders directed to vendors or maintenance staff as well as follow-up with the tenant to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues.
•Conduct periodic inspections of the property and tenant spaces to ensure compliance with lease agreements and the proper upkeep of the property.
•Ensure that property and lease files are properly maintained and kept up to date in accordance with BITC policy. Prepare and maintain appropriate tenant lease files, records, correspondence and file notes.
•Undertakes pre and post inspections of property and ensures that all procedures are scrupulously followed.
•Assist in the collaboration with other business units to form centers of excellence in order to accelerate projects and project implementations.
•Assist in Identifying impediments to property development and recommends appropriate action to be taken so not to delay the completion of projects
•Assist the Manager, Property Services with establishment of the Property Management Plan, Preventative Maintenance Policies and Procedures and Property Operations Manual
