1 Temporary senior records assistance II/ Record officer. 2 posts (Gantsi Regional Education Head Office)

Qualification: Minimun of Certificate in Archives and Record Management/ diploma in Business Administration / HRM / Library Studies or any other field that is relevant from a recognised institution

Exp: 1 year

Main purpose of the job: undertakes records work for the region

Duties: Allocate duties to record management unit junior officers, marks mail to relevant action officers, arrange transfer of closed records center through the supervisor, sort register and dispatches mail, files records, maintains current and semi current records and retrieves files for action, compile monthly reports for compliance to set standards.

2 Assistant suppliers/ suppliers officers. 2 posts (Gantsi Regional Education Head Office)
Qualification: minimun of cambridge/ BGSE plus a certificate course in supply and materials management/ diploma in purchasing and material management

Exp: 2 yrs

Main purpose of the job: Administration, purchasing and stock control

Duties: Ensure proper administartion of request for quotations, register keeps and maintain the regional assets inventory, update ledgers, monitors the implementation of the procurement plan, receive and record goods from suppliers and ensure suppliers are paid accordingly, undertake any other related duties as required to meet the exigencies of the service
