TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICER (MECHANICAL) AND TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICER CONTROL AND INSTRUMENTATION(TENABLE IN MORUPULE)(CHR SBU)

•recognised higher national diploma/engineering degree in engineering(mechanical) or (electrical and electronics/control and instrumentation)
•minimum 5yrs post qualification experience in a relevant industry

PRINCIPAL ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT OFFICER-(TENABLE IN GABORONE)(CHR-SBU)

•degree in industrial psychology,human resources,business administration or equivalent from a recognised university.
•certified course or post-graduate business qualification in organisational design and development, remuneration management,HRIS,compensation and benefits management, change management will be an added advantage.
•minimum 5yrs post qualification experience in either a remuneration or benefits, organisation design and development environment or SAP PMS administration environment
•knowledge of computers
