3.BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - BARCLAYS @ WORK
3.1.Job Purpose
Reporting to the Schemes Sales Manager of Scheme Lending, the role holder will;
•Drive and deliver exceptional E2E scheme loans service levels
•Provide guidance and support on operational matters to the Scheme Loans customers within own portfolio.
•Work closely with the Corporate Banking Relationship Managers on negotiating deals with potential customers.
•Ensure that the scheme is working with sufficient head room (limit)
•Be the first point of contact for customers (guarantors) for issues resolutions including calling on guarantees
3.2.Experience & Qualifications
Essential
•At least 2 years experience in a Retail Banking sales environment
•Experience in presenting technical aspects of banking products in a •variety of medium including formal presentations, proposals, telephonic presentations etc.
