1.SALES AND MARKETING OFFICER
VIP Tours is a travel and tour company (Tour Operator) which specialises in tours, shuttle, air tickets, car and bus hire.
We are looking for a very dynamic, focused and energetic Sales experienced candidate with passion for selling, relationship building with the ambition for achieving financial rewards.
The Candidate must demonstrate proven track record on previous sales success.
1.1.Job Purpose
To build business for VIP Tours by identifying opportunities and selling VIP Tours services to prospects and maintaining relationships with clients.
1.2.Job Duties:
•Identifying business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analysing sales options.
•Cold calling on qualified sales leads and setting up of appointments to meet the decision makers.
•Selling of VIP Tours services by establishing contact with decision makers and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.
•Maintaining relationships with clients by providing information on VIP Tours services, support and guidance (after sales service) by researching and recommending new opportunities and recommending profit and service improvements.
•Identifying product improvements on new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities and competitors.
•Preparing reports for sales activities and submitting them to the Sales Manager as and when needed.
•Maintaining quality service by establishing & enforcing organization values and standards.
•Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices and participating in professional societies.
•Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
1.3.Skills/Qualifications
•A qualification in Sales and Marketing will be an advantage.
•1 to 2 years’ experience as a Sales Executive in the same Industry
•Computer literacy.
•Ability to Cold Call and close deals.
•Proven track record of Sales and Target achievements and Meeting Sales Goals.
•Driver’s license.
•Presentation Skills.
•Experience in Client Relationships.
