1.PREMIUM ADMINISTRATOR
1.1.Purpose of the Job
To effectively and efficiently provide the premium administration services for the benefit of FSG.
1.2.Qualifications & Experience
•A business related Diploma or Degree in Accounting and or equivalent with at least 2 years practical experience
•AAT or equivalent accounting qualification from a legally recognized institutions as well as 5 years relevant practical experience
•Certificate of proficiency.
1.3.Required Competencies
•Effective communication at all levels
•Ability to facilitate and impact knowledge through training
•Effective coaching at all levels
•Ability to interpret Insurance policies and procedures and legal requirements
•Subordinates effectiveness
•Pro-active and effectiveness
•Computer literate
•Ability to make good business decisions
