Restless Development is the banner carrier for youth-led development, demonstrating from the grassroots to the global policy levels that young people can and must play a lead role in development.
As part of Restless Development’s Global Strategy 2011-2015, we are working towards a sustainable and diverse revenue model and we aim to raise 50% of financing from in-country sources. This includes bilateral and multilateral donors, national governments, partner NGOs, corporates and trusts and foundations.
The Senior Investment and Partnerships Manager (Africa) will provide sustained hands-on support and technical direction to in-country fundraising activities across our Africa Country Programmes. The role will also lead Restless Development’s new regional strategy for East and Southern Africa – this will include planning the set up of an office space in a regional hub such as Pretoria or Nairobi where the role will be based in the future.
