Qualification and Competencies:
• University degree in related field [Communication Arts, Digital Graphic Design, Web Design] or a secondary diploma plus equivalent specialized training;
• Good knowledge of various computer applications for standard UNICEF software, as well as SharePoint and Web Site Management (WebCMS RedDot);
• Strong computer skills with knowledge in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and InDesign;
• Good research and support skills;
• Minimum relevant working experience of 3 years;
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in another UN language is an asset;
• Good inter-personal, communication, and teamwork skills;
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and oral form;
• Highly organized in management of multiple tasks and production schedules, and in managing requests from multiple evaluation officers;
• Ability to work independently and continue to stay calm and work under pressure;
