MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To coordinate transport activities and operations of two (2) or more sections in the fleet division

QUALIFICATIONS:

Degree in Business Administration/ Economics/Automotive Engineering/Statistics/Transport Economics and Management.

EXPERIENCE:

At least eight (8) years relevant experience in Fleet management, two (2) years of which must have been served as Senior Transport Planner D4 scale in Government or equivalent level in Parastatal or Private Organization.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

1. Coordinates optimal fleet utilization
2. Develops and reviews business processes
3. Conduct fleet management seminars\workshops
4. Coordinates all activities for the auction sale of boarded vehicles
5. Attends to customers queries and enquires
6. Undertakes any other related duties as required to meet the exigencies of service.
