Grand Palm Hotel Casino & Convention Resort is looking for EXECUTIVE HOST

Requirements

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish our resorts as destinations of choice for local and international Slots & Tables Premium Players.
• Deliver world-class personalised service to a culturally diverse gaming target market.
• Identify, pursue and develop new player relationships.
• Liaise with Slots & Tables Premium Players on a regular basis to maintain relationships and build loyalty.
• Ensure guest satisfaction before, during and after visits.
• Complete prospecting calls to grow player base.
• Propose, plan and execute special events and promotions.
• Travel Locally/Internationally in order to increase the customer database and offer a specialised service.
• Perform cost benefit analysis on all specialised Slots & Tables Premium Player Events to determine the financial impact of such events.
• Tasked with Player Development in the Local and International Markets.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• O levels and Sales/Marketing/Hospitality qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Casino Host Management or in a Marketing, Gaming Player Development or Operational capacity.
• Must be able to speak English fluently.
• Effective decision making and social skills.
• Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts.
• Work varied shifts including weekends and public holidays.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Knowledge of Premium Gaming Players (Salon Prive) is essential.
• Experience and knowledge of Local and International Gaming Markets and players advantageous.
