Senior creative Director

This is an amazing opportunity for a suitably qualified, enthusiastic and passionately driven individual with an infectious personality.

Requirements

The Role:
You will be responsible for helping to develop and visualize strategically sound and exciting "big ideas" that connect consumer observations with brand equities. You will be required to ensure that the "big ideas" are brought to life creatively and consistently, working with the client management team to ensure deliverables are on brief, on time and on brand. You must have a solid knowledge of the brands asigned to you and be able to determine their category and enumerate their competition. AThe SCD will be responsible for leading a team that inspires great work that drives business results as well as career development within the wider creative team.

Your Profile:
You must be actively in touch with the latest consumer trends, technology and social networking. You must be a natural creator and presenter of pro-active ideas to client as and when necessary.

You are required to help foster a spirit of teamwork and camaraderie beyond just the creative team, but throughout the agency.

Skills and experience required:
The ideal candidate must have at least 12 years of experience in a similar environment and position, regional market exposure a definite plus:

• Amazing portfolio of campaign work on international brands, and ideas that have been brought to life
• Strong creative design skills and proficiency with latest software
• Dynamic presentation skills
• Ability to form and leverage client relationships
